PROJECT 1B: Small Community Structure

BRIEF

Project 1B explores the concept of materiality in relation to usage and experience.
Materiality serves as a context for social activities, conveying meaning and associations while also influencing form and construction. Students will construct a modest structure that showcases architectural form and materiality for a specified set of activities. Project 1C's programmatic designs will be informed by the research of programs focused on Community Needs and user spatial experiences.

OUTCOME
